Christmas 2010

We had a wonderful little Christmas with just us this year. It is fun to have little kids that understand what Christmas is about and Santa. Reagan makes Christmas exciting! We were able to talk to family on Skype in the morning and then went over to our friends home for dinner. It was a very enjoyable day!

Earlier in the week we made a gingerbread house. Of course with Shaler's framing background it couldn't be just a little house. It had to have a Popsicle stick structure with all the bells and whistles. I think that both Reagan and Shaler had more fun eating the candy then putting it on the house! Thanks to Shaler the house turned our great!

So far in December...

Shay was gone most of December but Reagan and I kept ourselves busy. I had some wonderful friends throw me diaper shower, Reagan saw Santa, and we did lots of Christmas planning. We are happy to have daddy home and love the Christmas season!

Our attempt at a family photo on Sunday with no one but ourselves to take the picture. Not too bad...

And we are back....

We had to block our blog for a couple of weeks while Shay was at survival training for the Air Force but we are back now and I am finally updating! The week before Thanksgiving we had Shaler's pilot graduation. Most of his family was here and it was a wonderful weekend. We were also able to celebrate Shay and Ilene's birthday.

Reagan couldn't let them have all the fun

Making the flight suit look fashionable?!?!

Can you guess who is the actual pilot?

The family after we pinned on Shay's wings. Apparently there were too many camera's going off for us to all be looking in the same direction. Note to self... use only ONE camera!
